Holden Jones is a privately owned regional accountancy recruitment consultancy covering London and the south east of England, operating from our Head Office in Maidenhead.
Originally playing in the same football team, Greg Holden and Leigh Jones became friends. An opportunity arose for them to work together in recruitment and soon they realised that they shared a common belief that:
“candidates today become your clients of the future and likewise clients become your candidates.”
This simple philosophy was the foundation upon which Holden Jones was formed. Twenty-one years on, we have built our success upon our consultants giving true consultancy through attentive account management whilst remaining committed to maintaining the ethics and values with which we started: integrity, judgement and long term career perspective in order to deliver a consistent quality of service.
We believe that perception of individuals, companies and how they may complement each other is the essence of good recruitment and as such our efforts are concentrated on appreciating the individuality of prospective employees and the ethos and direction of the employer. To do justice to such individuality, our shortlists are presented verbally to our clients enabling a thorough appraisal of each application.
