My client a leading business within the technology field are currently looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Technician to support them with an influx of work. Based in South Manchester with excellent transport links this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for an immediate contract with the potential of permanent opportunities.
- 1st Line Support/Call Logging for both external clients and internal departments
- Manage all calls received by phone, email or Web Portal using house logging system
- Assume responsibility for delivering a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure all enquiries or non-support calls coming through the desk are reported using the correct procedure.
- Previous experience within a 1st line support or helpdesk role are desirable
- Have strong analytic and problem resolution skills
- Have the capacity to learn quickly;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be beneficial.
- This is a suitable role for someone bright, eager to learn and enthusiastic, looking to forge a career in IT.
