Our client, who are based in the heart of Cheltenham are looking for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their team. This role is a brand new post & has been created due to expansion so this is a very exciting time to be joining them.
 
The main function of the role will be to assist with all of the administration associated with the financial side of a business. Duties will include:
 
·Processing incoming payments for the business
·Managing any late payments and ensuring debts are cleared quickly and efficiently
·Dealing with invoices and ensuring they are uploaded on to the system
·Payment of invoices
·Organising business bills and ensuring these are processed and paid accordingly
·Using XERO software system
 
This is a very process driven role and accuracy is an essential trait that is required. Full training will be given as you will be working with someone who has an immense amount of experience not only in finance but also in a teaching capacity.
 
Whilst previous experience is not essential we will be looking for very specific details on your application. This role requires someone with incredible attention to detail, someone who is capable of processing number related information with complete accuracy and someone who can evidence their ability to stay focussed and on task.
 
My client will offer a salary commensurate with age and experience and is happy to take someone who would like to complete an apprenticeship or formalised training.
