Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting for Office Assistant to work with one of their clients in the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre.

Main duties:

  • Filing of paperwork
  • Answering emails
  • Taking telephone bookings from suppliers
  • Data entry

Desired candidate should have:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Computer skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Having general understanding/experience within warehouse environment

Working hours:

Mon - Thu: 8.30am-5pm, Fri: 8.30am-4.30pm

Pay rate:
