Are you an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills and looking for an Administration Assistant position? We are working with a friendly local company looking for an individual to join their team.


This Administration Assistant is within a Law Firm so if you are looking to begin a career within the professional services then this role would be the perfect start!



  • Covering the reception desk
  • Sorting post, photocopying and filing
  • Archiving files and supporting with general administrative tasks
  • Answering the phone
  • Ad hoc admin support to all staff


Skills/Experience needed for this Administration Assistant:

  • Previous experience as an Administration Assistant would be an advantage
  • Enthusiastic and flexible, with excellent communication skills
  • Presentable and professional
  • Good with timekeeping
  • Proficient with all MS Office


In return you will benefit from working a 35 hour week in a city centre location and £15300 salary per annum.
