- Covering the reception desk
- Sorting post, photocopying and filing
- Archiving files and supporting with general administrative tasks
- Answering the phone
- Ad hoc admin support to all staff
Skills/Experience needed for this Administration Assistant:
- Previous experience as an Administration Assistant would be an advantage
- Enthusiastic and flexible, with excellent communication skills
- Presentable and professional
- Good with timekeeping
- Proficient with all MS Office
In return you will benefit from working a 35 hour week in a city centre location and £15300 salary per annum.
