Are you an experienced Administrator looking to join a Global Organisation? If so, Expleo have an opportunity for you! One of the world's largest automotive manufacturers is currently recruiting for an Administration Officer, on an on-going contract basis, based in Bedfordshire.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive diary management
- Organising meetings and conference calls, including room booking, refreshment and equipment management
- Organising overseas travel including transport and accommodation
- Preparing expense submissions and yearly travel budget submission
- Collation of monthly reports and preparing presentations
- Management of purchase requisitions
- General administration support
You will have a strong administration background, with experience of working in a busy office environment; you will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Sharepoint, Skype and video conferencing facilities. You will hold a professional attitude and a high degree of integrity, as you will be exposed to highly sensitive information. Ideally you will have a Business Administration qualification.
