As Administrator you will be an integral part of the team providing support to others around you. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that really cares about their staff and who wants to ensure that each member has a key role to play in the business.
As the Administrator you will have:
· Previous experience as a multi-tasking administrator
· Have good IT-skills
· A strong sense of commitment and urgency
· Attention to detail and a good telephone manner
· Diary-management skills
As the Administrator you will:
· Work well under pressure, be proactive and take initiative
· Be a team player
· Update and maintain the database
· Provide excellent customer service levels
If you’ve previously worked in event / function planning or as a hotel receptionist (ideal but not essential), this may well be the role for you.
