- General Reception duties
- Meet and greet customers & visitors
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
- Deal with all customer and client enquiries
- Handling of all vehicle documentation (rental vehicles, insurance etc.)
- Data entry and filing
- All general administration duties
- Ability to communicate well and operate effectively whilst under pressure to resolve problems
- Good proven IT and administration skills
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to adjust to meet changing customer demands.
- Experience within an automotive background is desirable but not essential
