This is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a family owned business within the automotive industry in Huddersfield. The company is known for its quality and are the best in their industry.

Administrator Duties:

  • General Reception duties
  • Meet and greet customers & visitors
  • Inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
  • Deal with all customer and client enquiries
  • Handling of all vehicle documentation (rental vehicles, insurance etc.)
  • Data entry and filing
  • All general administration duties

Administrator Attributes:

  • Ability to communicate well and operate effectively whilst under pressure to resolve problems
  • Good proven IT and administration skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to adjust to meet changing customer demands.
  • Experience within an automotive background is desirable but not essential
