Julie Rose Recruitment are seeking an organised Administrator to join their client who are a progressive company based in Brixton.  You will be working in a small team, using your excellent organisation, administration and typing skills. 

Location: Brixton

Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm

Salary: £24k - £26k

Main Duties for the Administrator:

  • Answering telephone and providing accurate relevant messages
  • Chasing up of timesheets
  • Completing documentation in forms of letters, reports, specification, minutes, certificates and related documents from handwritten drafts or digital dictation
  • Daily filing management
  • Email management
  • Postal duties including collating post, franking and preparation for collection by the Post Office
  • Photocopying documentation and binding
  • Preparation and updating of spreadsheets according to priority
  • Act as first point of contact
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Person Specification for the Administrator:

  • Accurate typing
  • Good organisation skills
  • Audio skills an advantage but not essential as training will be given
  • IT Skill - Advanced MS Word, knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
  • Clear confident communication skills
