Meridian Health are recruiting for an Administrator to work in Salford
This is a temporary role starting immediately
This is a full time role Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week
- Sending invite letters to families and professionals to attend conferences within statutory time lines
- Collating reports for meetings and uploading to Liquid Logic-notifying IRO
- Updating LL and Share point site of dates/meetings
- Calendar management of conferences
- Sending conference minutes to relevant recipients - identified by SW
- Answer incoming calls and queries from professionals
Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
Ability to work to tight schedules to ensure statutory deadlines are met.
Full training given on processes and systems
