Business Development Consultant (Medical Recruitment)
Are you an experienced, ambitious Senior Business Development Manager who has experience of, or can sell recruitment solutions into the Medical sector?
• A new business generation and service level maintenance role with some existing key accounts to develop and leads to follow up.
• You will be dealing at the senior management level at customers including senior purchasing/procurement.
• Strong credibility and record of selling success in B2B sales
• Proven success of selling total value propositions into large national accounts
• Participates in setting clear and obtainable personal goals
• Actively participates in problem identification and process improvement
• Focuses on customer satisfaction and meeting needs
• Meets needs within established clear standards of performance
• Shows initiative and innovation in meeting needs
• Introduce sector specific offerings to meet customer needs
• Develop robust relationships with the account – at all relevant levels
• Understand customer needs and provide value added solutions.
• Develop robust relationships with the accounts, at all relevant levels, but significantly with senior decision makers and influencers.
• Delivers business growth
• Can initiate and develop new business relationships and opportunities
• Senior-level relationships within the customer – to be defined by the sector leader
• Day to day customer involvement with all relevant departments including operations, purchasing, health and safety, finance, marketing, users i.e.
cleaners & all product/platform users etc.
