Our client are seeking a suitably experienced individual to fill a PT Personal Assistant post, which is initially for a period of up to three months, and for between 22.5 and 25 hours per week, over three to five days.
They are a small niche education establishment (rurally located but only a few miles from Taunton and close to Wellington that are presently undergoing a restructure programme.)
This is an in interesting, diverse and responsible position to support the organisatiions management with a wide range of organisational tasks which will require the post holder to have excellent IT and communication skills (Word & Excel).
Initially open on a temporary basis for four full days, it is likely that this will ultimately become a full time post with the potential for permanancy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new departmental systems and procedures whilst undertaking general coordination work for the department, as required, and acting as first point of contact for external parties.
Applicants will need to be a car driver and have access to their own transport, paramount will be the ability to work independently, manage a demanding workload, prioritise effectively and be diplomatic, thorough and meticulous. Experience working within a small team and on a one to one basis would be a advantage.
The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check by the employer
Interviews are likely to take place this week, and the role is based on site.
