Chef De Partie - Basingstoke
This family friendly dining hotel in Basingstoke, are looking for a Chef De Partie to join their team. If you are looking to work in a fast paced rewarding environment, then this could be the role for you.
As Chef De Partie, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will effectively run the cold section of the kitchen, ensuring a high standard of food is served at all times, achieving all operational and commercial targets.
The Chef De Partie
- Ensure a high standard of food is delivered at all times, at the correct portion size, quality and temperature.
- Ensure Health and Safety legislation and guidelines are implemented, adhered to and reviewed regularly, in respect of kitchen production, employees, machinery, equipment and hygiene.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness around all areas of the kitchen, and minimise wastage
