We are rpc catering & hospitality recruitment and the newest division of the award-winning recruitment business “The rpc Group of Companies.” Because of winning a number of new clients we have a number of exciting opportunities for Chefs at all levels, all based in and around the Bournemouth / Poole / Studland areas. The positions are permanent.

Opportunities currently exist for Commis Chefs, CDP’s, Junior Sous, Sous and at Head Chef level.
What’s on Offer?
Basic Salaries tend to be in a range from £17,000 pa (Commis Chef) up to around £35,000pa (Head / Executive Chef).
Tips are generally payable on top of basic salary and for Sous and Head Chefs there is often a bonus payable based on GP performance.
