I am currently recruiting for a customer advisor in the Solihull area. You will be working for a world leading engineering company. My client are looking for someone to join their growing team and are very keen on progression within the company. The successful candidate will only be first point of call for any incoming calls and putting them in to the right department.
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting market manager with any projects
- Chasing supplies for site
- Processing purchase orders
- Working on CRM system (training will be provided)
The candidate will ideally have the below experience:
- Experience speaking to customers
- Excellent phone manner
- Using word and excel
- Liaising with clients
- Worked in a fast paced environment
Hours and pay
£8.25 per hour
12:30 - 17:30
