Customer Service



£8.21an hour

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm

Main Accountabilities: (there may be others)

  • All sales enquiries to the helpline are answered as soon as possible
  • All customers receive the information and advice they require
  • All customers receive call backs where necessary
  • All relevant general and product email enquiries are responded to
  • Any other e-mails are forwarded to the appropriate department
  • To maintain e-mail records of responses and forwards
  • Ensure as many e-mail enquiries as possible are converted into sales
  • Our customers receive the highest level of customer service
  • Maintain and develop customer database
  • Order entry and management
  • Comply with all other reasonable requests made by Directors, Head of Department and Senior management

Principal Skills & Attributes Required:

  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in customer complaint handling
  • Sharp thinking and an eye for detail
  • Helpfulness and a passion for customer service
  • Drive and enthusiasm for meeting targets
  • PC literacy
