My well established and expanding client based in the centre of Chichester is looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Administrator. The position is really varied and you will be responsible for your own case load of clients. THE HOURS ARE EITHER 8.00-4.30 OR 9-5.30 ONE HOUR FOR LUNCH WITH NO WEEKENDS.
The purpose of the role is to convert Life Insurance applications into policies on risk by the efficient administration of life insurance proposals and excellent customer service – to include existing policies. Provide quick and accurate communication/liaison with customers, advisers and Insurers. Communicate requirements and decisions and handle all objections to maximise policies on risk. A positive telephone manner and the ability to listen and excellent customer service skills along with the ability to use multi screens is perfect for this role
