Salary Up to £8.6 per hour Sector Admin/Secretarial

We are looking for a candidate with a confident and outgoing nature who is looking for a role which will expand their knowledge and allow them to use their initiative. Full training will be given in the peculiarities that make this a challenging role, if you can think outside the box and not give up at the first hurdle this could be for you. The skills you will bring to the role include GCSE's in English, Maths and IT, possibly A levels. A willingness to learn and progress, a cheerful nature and the ability to communicate effectively. The duties will include checking work, processing date and inputting onto Excel Spreadsheets, once all this has been mastered you will start to answer the telephone, take messages and eventually be confident to sort out queries. This will not happen overnight and full training will be given. This is a great opportunity to get involved and to grow your skills, team work is crucial in this role. As your skills grown you will learn order processing, invoice clearance and many other skills.

The position is initially temporary for 12 weeks then will become permanent.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30
