We need excellent customer service advisers to work for one of our large clients based in Taunton, within walking distance of the town centre, however you will need to be flexible to travel to Wellington and Williton as well.
You will be providing high end customer services as part of the Customer Contact Team and dealing with incoming enquiries by phone, email, text and post, as well as manning the reception desk and supporting customers face to face.
High levels of patience and understanding are needed as you may be dealing with issues of a sensitive nature including complaints.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include;
- Answering all incoming enquiries
- Providing suitable and relevant information to customers
- Transferring Customers to the relevant department if their enquiry can be better handled elsewhere
- Supporting other teams within the organisation
This role will be varied and challenging, every day is different.
In return you will receive an excellent hourly rate and 22 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays). The working hours vary but you must be able to cover from 8am - 5.30pm on a rota basis working 37 hours per week.
This is working on a temporary contract, currently until end of March 2019 with the possibility of being extended past this time.
