**PART TIME & FULL TIME VACANCIES AVAILABLE**
On behalf of our client in the Rochdale area, we are looking to recruit a number of experienced Customer Service Advisors.
The role will involve taking inbound telephone queries related to issues on the roads/highways for one of the UK’s largest councils.
Previous experience of working in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role is advantageous for the role. However, full training will be given.
- Have prior experience in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role
- Are able to stay calm under pressure
- Computer literate
- Can learn and deliver new services
- Can handle a wide range of queries in a contact centre environment

Hours will vary covering a wide range of shifts including daytime, weekends & out of hours.
Salary is £8.99ph (Days & weekends) and £10.25ph (Out of hours)
The role starts on Thursday 21st March 2019
