This is an office based role, working in a team of 4 where you will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to customers . You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, emails to answer queries, process orders and handle any complaints.
You will be able to demonstrate some previous customer service experience have an excellent telephone manner, with a positive "Can do" attitude. You will be able to work in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure. Working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
