Our large client based in Rochdale requires a number (20) of experienced Customer Service Advisor's to join their team on a one-off specialist project.
NB: THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE
Rate - £9.16 per hour
Hours - 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
The role will involve taking inbound telephone queries related to issues on the roads/highways for one of the UK's largest County Councils.
Previous experience of working in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role is advantageous for the role. However, full training will be given.
- Have prior experience in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role
- Are able to stay calm under pressure
- Computer literate
- Can learn and deliver new services
- Can handle a wide range of queries in a contact centre environment
