EB6213 Customer Service Co-ordinator
Salary: £16,000 to 22,500 Circa
Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands
Hours: 36.25 hour week, 25 days holiday (plus all UK bank holidays)

Our Client who is one of the Leading UK Chemical manufacturer of intermediates is now looking to recruit a Customer Service Co-ordinator in the Customer Service Department and will be responsible for contract review, order entry, preparation of shipping documentation and dealing with our global based customers by email and telephone.
This Customer Service Co-ordinator will be required to attend meetings to discuss orders with production to keep customers updated. Preparing quotations, dealing with customer queries, general administration, filing, scanning and occasionally standing in on reception when needed.
This Customer Service Co-ordinator will receive, enter and co-ordinate customer’s orders and provide a high level of Customer Service across the business working to ISO 9001.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Hands on person with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the export and shipping industry.
- GCSE in Math’s and English, a qualification in the shipment of dangerous goods would be an advantage.
- Good keyboard skills, a knowledge of 'Sage' and 'Microsoft Office software'.
