I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Sales Advisor in the Solihull area. You will be working for a world leading engineering company. My client are looking for someone to join their growing team and are very keen on progression within the company. The successful candidate will only be taking orders and you will not be making any cold calls. This is a permanent position.
- Speaking to customers and taking orders to spec
- Liaising with the technician to begin the order process
- Keeping customers updated with order progression
- Give a first class customer service
- Chase up technicians on orders
- Use of CRM system (training will be provided)
Candidates will ideally have the below experience:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Some kind of experience in customer service
- Working with Excel and Word
- Meeting deadlines
- Excellent time management
Job salary and hours:
- £20,000 basic salary with a bonus structure when targets are met.
- 08:30 - 17:30
