If you have previous admin or data entry experience and are looking for a temporary contract during this challenging and difficult time then this could be a great opportunity. Our growing client in Highbridge are looking for additional support in their administration team.
You will become part of a hard working and friendly team who work together to ensure all administration duties are completed accurately and quickly.
The job will involve data inputting order details and dispatch details onto excel spreadsheets as well as checking delivery details from one system and inputting them onto another as well as checking the details to ensure they are correct before approving.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential components of this role as well as experience in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, outlook).
Hours of work will be 7am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am - 1pm on Fridays.
The role is office based but social distancing policies and hygiene health and safety measures are in place.
The hourly rate will be £8.72 per hour and is is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start, initially for up to 6 weeks but could be extended for the right person.
