Our global services client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Lead. You will be responsible for the new Dynamics 365 CRM Solution offering (both functional and Technical) which is currently being delivered by a 3rd party. You will review, plan and establish the environment as well as mentor and manage the team. You will be an expert in Dynamics 365 CRM and will be happy to lead by example and lead the service offering. You will be happy work closely with the development team. This is an exciting opportunity where you work closely with business users to ensure the design enables the maximisation of Dynamics 365 CRM.
