An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, talented and highly organised Executive Assistant looking to develop their career.  With extensive travel and diary management experience, you will be currently working at senior level and now be looking for a busy and demanding role where no two days are the same.

My client, a dynamic, forward thinking company are experiencing significant growth and success in their market place and require an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high net worth indivudual with full confidence.

Duties of the Executive Assistant will include:

  • Extensive diary management for Directors’ constantly changing schedules

  • Organisation of internal and external meetings, events and conferences

  • Manage and organise travel and accommodation requirements

  • Manage a busy inbox, responding to and completing tasks

  • Extensive document production

  • First point of contact for all queries and correspondence

  • Prepare Directors’ expenses in readiness for submission

  • Efficient use of in-house databases, ie travel/room booking systems


To be considered for the role of Executive Assistant, you will have:

  • Strong administrative skills with extensive experience of diary management

  • Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience of both International and domestic travel arrangements

  • Confident communicator at all levels

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Adapts well to new challenges and responsibilities

  • Thrives under pressure and keen to improve efficiency and delivery

Hours of work: 9:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday
