Finance Assistant 
Alcester • £10.00 per hour • Ongoing Contract

Job Description:
Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant. 
We are looking for a temporary Finance Assistant, to start on Monday. This is a temporary position for 35-37 hours a week you will be required to work term time only 45 weeks a year, plus 2 weeks in the six weeks holidays.

  • Catering journals
  • Photocopying journals
  • Supplier checks
  • Credit card invoice entry
  • Bank account receipts and payments
  • ParentPay journals
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Ed visit templates & review costings
  • Wrap around care invoices 7 calcs
  • Aged debt review & report & chase payments
  • Create payment run with guidelines
  • Any other duties as required

 The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this Finance Assistant role you will need to have;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels. 
• Flexible attitude towards work.
• Ability to cope with a varied workload. 
• An open mind and willingness to learn.
