French Speaking Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Receptionist to work in this busy office.

Duties include:

  • Operating Switchboard
  • Greeting customers and directing them appropriately
  • Ensure visitors sign in appropriately
  • Provide administration support - including booking car hire, hotels etc

To be considered, candidates must have excellent French language skills and reception experience along with excellent communication skills. The receptionist will deal with all levels of both customers and staff and as such must be professional, communicative and personable.

Working Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 2pm, the starting salary is £17500.
