-Support visits by external regulatory bodies and ensure H&S policies are implements consistently throughout all sites.
-Develop and deliver training sessions to employees and support managers to maintain safe systems of work.
-Support audits to determine the effectiveness of current systems and procedures and identify any areas for improvement.
-Assist with the investigation of accidents and act to prevent a recurrence.
Experience & Knowledge
-NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
-Member of the Institution of Occupation Safety and Health (IOSH).
-Experience in a Health and Safety position and knowledge of the legislations involved.
-Understanding of automotive / military standards and systems.
-Strong analytical skills.
