Salary £16500 - £25000 per annum + DOE Sector IT

My client is a prestigious, award-winning organisation, whose main focus is on delivering world-class customer service to its customers. They are currently looking for experienced First Line Support engineer to join their existing IT team as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to take and be responsible for internal First Line Support calls. It is being offered on a full-time (Mon-Fri) temporary basis, as a fixed term contract which is expected to last between 2 - 3 months.

The successful candidate must have;
Previous IT Helpdesk experience
Excellent communication skills, with a great telephone manner
A strong foundational knowledge of IT
At least 5 GCSEs, A*-C (or the equivalent)
