Human Resources is a pivotal to the function, engagement and structure of a business and our client seeks a new HR Advisor to join their large established, fruitful, professional yet flexible team. This role reports directly into the HR Manager, and you will work closely with the HR Business partner and organisation's business managers.
As the new HR Advisor you will be providing a commercially focused, generalist HR support to the Corporate division which will also involve some US coordination Duties will include namely resource planning, performance management, salary bench marking, employee relations, organisational development and change.
We are looking for graduate calibre with an appropriate professional qualification, self-reliant, and able to work with minimal control and have a few years HR experience working within a demanding, competitive commercial environment, if this is you then please keep reading.
You will need to have up to date knowledge of UK employment law practices and have a strong generalist HR experience.
