Are you a hands-on Finance Manager/Financial Controller with extensive ERP systems experience?

Keen to play your part as a "big cog in a small wheel"?

This privately-owned renewable energy business is looking to introduce this new role to the Finance team, but there is a pressing requirement that needs immediate attention following a recent systems upgrade to MS Dynamics.

  • Review the financial controls in the context of the operational environment, ensure they are fit for purpose

  • Address the allocation of costs

  • With accurate data established, develop the monthly reporting and analysis

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts

  • Regular cashflow forecasts

  • Business partnering the CEO, producing ad hoc analysis when required

Experience required;

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent QBE

  • MS Dynamics experience is desirable, whilst ERP systems experience in general is essential

  • Strong MS Excel skills

  • Financial modelling eg ROI, scenario planning

  • Comprehensive experience of preparing financial and management accounts

  • Worked in an SME, or similar scale divisional role within manufacturing or similar industry

  • Excellent presentation skills e.g. dashboards etc

  • Business partnering senior stakeholders

What's on offer;

Competitive annual salary, £50,000 - £60,000, pro rata for 6 month contract

Ability to work from home
