£25k - £27300 plus overtime

What type of Junior Sous Chef are we looking for?
You will come with a background where you have worked within contract catering or events. You'll be working with tip top produce amongst a team of talented boundary pushing chefs. Nothing is too elaborate or out of the ordinary here. You'll need the confidence to manage a small team, a creative soul who loves to experiment will do just fine. If you are creative, loves good food and is flexible then this could be for you?
We're are a large education site, working on anything from small private parties, co operate events and catering for VIP guests. We're one of the best at what we do. It's a hands-on role where you'll get to work on exciting briefs, assist in taste testings, you can be creative, you will also assist in catering for the students.
