Amazing Magazine Field Sales Executive opportunity in an established, B2B sales team. This permanent vacancy is field based covering London and Hertfordshire offering great career and earning potential.
You will be working for one of the largest, regional, multi-media companies in the UK, offering expert print and digital based marketing advice, in this growing market place, helping local businesses generate awareness, promote their products and services to local audiences.
Working with local and professional commercial teams, selling a range of print and digital based (marketing and communication) solutions, advising on copywriting, copy presentation, advertisement design and campaign planning, as well as collecting and processing all advertisement copy, liaising with all external and internal stakeholders.
You will be selling print and digital based magazine and lifestyle advertising products that you have assessed to be the best fit to your customer’s and their brand needs.
Build realistic advertising campaign plans around budgets, features and benefits to the client, rather than burning through their budget in one hit, consulting with the customer to give them the best advice, through high levels of customer service and excellence.
Key Features of the Role:
As a Magazine Field Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of the customer experience, inspiring long-term customer engagement.
Your role will be out on the road, managing your own territory across London and Hertfordshire, for print and digital media sales to local businesses.
This includes B2B calling to generate new appointments with customers to go and meet them at their premises, with account management and development of existing clients.
You will efficiently manage your client’s digital and print expectations, demonstrating your ability to not only understand their products, but the best-tailored options and campaigns for their individual needs.
Efficient client relationship management throughout is an essential part of this role.
You will deliver sales targets against KPI’s, generate repeat business and maintain accurate client accounts with administration, payment and compliance.
Knowledge and Skills:
As a Magazine Field Sales Executive, you will show an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated character, to succeed within a sales environment.
You will have experience within multimedia sales and or prior magazine sales (digital and print), however good B2B field sales experience in other areas will be considered.
You will be target orientated, confident, outgoing, and resilient under pressure with a desire to make money.
You will be smart, impressive and professional in a ‘1st impressions count’ environment.
You must be able to negotiate, communicate, and have a high level of attention to detail, with strong organisational, time management and scheduling experience.
Good Microsoft Office skills and CRM database knowledge is essential.
GCSE educated, with a print or digital marketing level further education, or similar related degree is preferred.
You must have a clean driving licence and be willing to cover London and Hertfordshire.
