Marketing & Bid Management Executive needed!
Personnel Selection are currently working with a vibrant and growing business, based in Andover who are recruiting for a Marketing & Bid Management Executive.
We are looking to recruit someone to work in a dual role, reporting to and directly supporting the Managing Director. The MD is a very entrepreneurial, down to Earth and industrious chap, so the role will require someone with the same attitude and business acumen.
The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing & Bid Management Executive will involve:
- Setting up the companies social media presence
- Updating the company website with case studies and success stories
- Promotional literature
- Digital marketing
- Writing and managing bids, including quality submissions and demonstrating company systems
- Pre-bid engagement (networking with potential client)
The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing & Bid Management Executive will be:
- A Graduate in English / History / Marketing / similar OR have experience within a similar role
- Someone who is capable at looking at each project with 'fresh eyes'
- An engaging and professional individual, who has a strong commercial acumen
- Creative and analytical within their approach
- An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- A "commerically savvy" individual
