Amazing permanent Marketing Executive opportunity in Eastleigh, within a telecoms company assisting with multiple brands, implementation of marketing strategy and design presence across digital and traditional print channels.
The new Marketing Executive, you will assist in implementation of marketing strategy to generate more business from current and new customers growing from 2000 to 4000, knowing how to influence them positively within an award-winning national business.
The position requires Digital Marketing and Communication experience with an innovative grasp of branding, design, marketing and communication in a corporate environment, to increase the awareness of the brand through regular coverage in industry and business press.
Working with other teams and departments to gain a thorough understanding of the business and the industry, to quickly identify other opportunities.
Increase presence and awareness of brands through PR, digital and traditional print channels, trade shows, expo’s, trade collateral, training, coaching, infographics etc. Working alongside a larger national corporate team.
Create and implement tactical marketing initiatives in line with the agreed marketing strategy, collaborate with teams to create internal and external newsletters, liaising with internal Product Managers and Subject Matters experts across the business to produce content and design.
Work with in-house designer and external companies when necessary, to produce marketing material, both online and in-print, facilitating the production and distribution of e-shots,
ad-shots, advertisements, event invitations, posters, newsletters, banners, guides and marketing collateral, producing images and content.
The Marketing Executive has ownership of social media channels: growing followers, posting industry news, writing content and undertaking competitor analysis and industry research, monitoring comments published about the Company, escalating negative feedback.
Work to achieve individual and team objectives set out of requirements by the Head of Marketing and the Company brands, requiring a high level of attention to detail.
Manage customer advocacy programme, undertake customer insight activities to acquire and retain business, maintaining a finger on the pulse for industry and market developments.
Gain a thorough understanding of the business and the telecoms and IT industry to quickly identify marketing opportunities and maintain and update the intranet.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
As a Marketing Executive, you must have knowledge, skills and experience in the following areas to be considered for this amazing opportunity:
Excellent written and grammatical skills are essential, proof reading is a daily requirement.
Ability to send e-shots is an essential requirement.
Knowledge of website CMS is desirable
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Ability to edit PDF documents.
Experience managing brand values and guidelines, working to SLA’s and deadlines.
Experience organising events, exhibitions and webinars is very useful, this will not be the main requirement of the role, which is more marketing and communication.

The Marketing Executive basic salary can range from £21,000 to £24,000 which will be assessed at interview and based on experience, plus other contributing factors.
Working Monday to Friday 8:00 till 16:00, in a team of 4.
