The role is reporting to the Managing Director and will have full responsibility for all engineering and maintenance functions for the UK. You will be responsible for developing Process Improvement plans, executing CAPEX Programs, Leading improvement and reliability projects and ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out on time and effectively. You should be degree qualified in a mechanical function and have prior knowledge of Hot Working systems and procedures.
Key Requirements for the role:
- Strong background in a Mechanical Engineering Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Hot Working systems - forging, furnace, ovens, etc
- Project management experience with CAPEX programs
- Track record of managing teams within a similar environment
