You will be working for one of the largest, regional, multi-media companies in the UK, offering ground breaking and trusted expert print as well as digital based marketing advice, in this growing market place, helping local businesses generate awareness, promote their products and services to local audiences in vibrant and successful ways.
Working with local and professional commercial teams, selling a range of print and digital marketing and communication solutions, advising on copywriting, copy presentation, advertisement design and campaign planning, as well as collecting and processing all advertisement copy, liaising with all external and internal stakeholders.
You will be selling endorsed and competitive print and digital based advertising products that you have assessed to be the best fit to your customer and are complimentary to their brand needs.
Build realistic advertising campaign plans around competitive budgets, with fabulous features, which offer superb results that will be of benefit to your client, rather than burning through their budget in one hit. Consulting with the customer to give them passionate yet trusted advice, through superb customer service, and genuine excellence.
Key Features of the Role:
As a Multi Media Field Sales Executive, you will be a trusted part of the customer experience, winning long-term customer engagement.
Out on the road, managing your own territory across Pembrokeshire, selling fantastic, endorsed and premier multi media advertising to local businesses.
B2B sales calls to generate new appointments with business customers, client visits, account management, and development of multimedia revenue streams.
Passionately manage your client’s print and digital campaigns and marketing expectations, demonstrating your ability to not only understand their products and goals, but also making sure they have the best-tailored options for their individual needs.
Trusted client relationship management throughout is an essential part of this role.
Delivering sales results and targets against KPI’s, increase repeat business and maintain accurate client accounts with administration, payment and compliance.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be successful in this role you will need to be an accomplished Multi Media Field Sales Executive, who is able to show an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated character, and who can succeed within a sales environment.
Experience within Multi Media sales is preferred, however good B2B Field Sales, or solution selling experience in other industry sectors will be considered.
Target orientated, confident, outgoing, and resilient under pressure, with a desire to make money, yet balanced with a consultative and client brand focused approach.
Smart, impressive and professional in a ‘1st impressions count’ environment, because you will be conversing with business owners and decision makers, who hold budget responsibilities and sign off.
Proven ability to negotiate, communicate, and have a high level of attention to detail, with strong organisational, time management and scheduling experience.
Good Microsoft Office skills and CRM database knowledge is essential.
A print, digital, or marketing degree is preferred, or similar level in further education.
You will need a clean driving licence and must be willing to cover Pembrokeshire as your core region, as well as other surrounding areas when required.

The role is field based, but you will be expected to be in the office 2 – 3 times per week to generate your sales.
