Our client are activley seeking an experienced office administrator for a fixed term 6 month contract

Duties are as follows

Job role
Main task is finance processing e.g. uploading supplier invoice details into our accounting systems, emailing remittance advice, creating and sending invoices to customers etc.
Additional tasks are general office functions e.g. taking out mail for posting, receiving visitors, handling incoming calls etc.

Key candidate requirements will be good computer literacy and high standard of verbal communication skills, particularly when engaging with customers and suppliers. Ideally the candidate will already be familiar with finance processing tasks. Systems used are Pegasus but if a candidate has worked with Sage or any other accounts software before that would be useful.

Post details
Type - initially a 6 month fixed term contract. This can be reviewed near to the end of the term.
Hours - 35 hours per week - 08.30 - 16.00 Monday to Friday, including 0.5hrs unpaid lunch break each day
Rate - £18,500 per year pro rata to the contract
