Office Administrator Support - Social Housing: Voids Cyclical Works

Here at Howells, we are working with a leading, UK contractor and regeneration group to find a successful and proactive Planner/Scheduler to join their team, working on a voids programme within social housing.
Working in the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once. As a Planner/Scheduler, your duties will include, but are not limited to, taking calls from tenants and Housing Officers, allocating work to trades people and managing the appointment booking system to ensure maximum productivity - using own internal system.
For this role, you must have experience of Scheduling repairs or Administration on a Social Housing contract, along with excellent knowledge of the large contract area, impeccable time management and communication skills.

This is a temporary role - 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm for approximately 6 months. You will receive an excellent salary rate depending on experience.
