An amazing opportunity has come up for an Operations Team Leader for a very busy firm based in the Solihull area.

They have a brilliant work culture and are looking to bring in a proactive Operations Team Leader to join their team. The contract will run through until at least November.

The position is in a busy working environment and candidates will need to be very organised and a dedicated representative of the business.

The role

  • Delivering Operation Team Leader support
  • Coordinate a team within the operational area to ensure that it delivers against business objectives
  • Engage with the wider business to ensure processes
  • Ensure compliance with audit, financial and legislative requirements
  • Demonstrate awareness of regulatory and governance framework

To be successful

  • Previous experience in Operations Team Leader role
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Form strong and influential relationships
  • A proactive attitude is desirable
