Salary £20k - 25k per year Sector Accountancy, Payroll

To work as part of the Payroll team in delivering a pro-active, comprehensive and compliant payroll service, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time and maintaining employee records to a high standard.

  • Handle all administrative payroll, including data entry, electronic filing and reporting, as well as payroll administrative duties from start to finish
  • Liaise directly with Managers and employees regarding the submission of payroll related documentation, such as, but not exclusive to – starters, leavers, changes, sickness, overtime and expenses
  • Ensure all relevant filing of documents in both an orderly and timely manner.
  • Handle Pension administrative duties, including, but not limited to –Scheme arrangements, employee service history, Monthly contribution upload.
  • Be the dedicated point of contact, providing support on payroll related queries.
  • Be a well organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Must work well, both individually and as part of a team.
  • To have a personable and professional manner
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by management.
