Personal Assistant -  Bridgwater - £35k
My Client, a very successful and innovative manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.  The successful Executive Assistant will provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO & FD, and on ad hoc basis, to other Directors.  
Your key tasks will include: Secretarial and Administrative Support
·Using excellent Microsoft office skills design and build well- presented, high quality, good looking and relevant reports without high levels of input from others
·Creating documents letters and presentations demonstrating excellent grammar and spelling.
·Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
·Communicating effectively with Directors or Managers of associated business, and with Customers or Suppliers.
·Undertaking proactive e-mail management ensuring that urgent e-mails are promptly picked up, responded to and actioned as appropriate.
·Ensuring a high level of administration and provision of internal and external documentation
·Providing a high standard of proof reading of documents for spelling, grammar and general presentation.
·Preparation of presentation materials as required
·Preparing board papers and take minutes as required
·Arranging and manage meetings for the CEO and FD.
·Arranging events as directed - Arrange C.E.O. and FD's travel as required.
·Welcome visitors and arrange buffets etc.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt and move to meet the needs of the CEO and FD with enthusiasm and a drive to succeed and as such the successful  Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant MUST have
·Experience of delivering first-class administration to CFO, COO, CEO and/or Director level stakeholders
·Diary Management experience including travel and event organising
·Ability to communicate at all levels, offer high level of professionalism and confidentiality
·Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
·Have an ability to be proactive and think ahead
This is an excellent role which will pay a salary of circa £35k.  The standard working hours are 8.45-5.15 Mon- Friday.  25 days holiday plus 8 days BHs.  Some travel maybe required including international travel although this would not necessarily be the norm.  This role is commutable from Taunton, Bristol. Bridgwater, Street. Other organisations may call this role Personal Assistant, PA, EA, Private Secretary, Board Secretary, Senior Administrator, Company Secretary, or Personal Secretary.
