Product Field Engineer, Dairy Equipment, £40k - £45k plus car, travel expenses and benefits:
Due to continued growth, our client, a world leader in the manufacturing and distribution of livestock health management products, are looking to recruit a Product Field Engineer. The role will involve providing customer and dealer support through product installation, service, repair and technical training. You will also work closely with the product development team working on new products, including some laboratory testing work.
Working predominately between Field work and at the Head Office based in Oxfordshire; with an option to work from a home office (to be agreed). Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally is a prerequisite, depending on location and work this is likely to involve multiple days.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of milking equipment and dairy farm practices with experience of installation and servicing of equipment in a dairy environment. Experience of electrical equipment and electronics would be a distinct advantage. Some experience of dealer support and dealer training would be helpful. There may also be a requirement to help with the preparation and manning of trade shows, so a strong customer service focus is essential.
If you have experience within the agricultural industry, and in particular, milking equipment or have worked in the dairy industry, and you enjoy getting out and meeting people, please send us a copy of your CV.
