This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Bids and Proposal team as an Administrator, providing administrative support to the department and assisting in the programmes to ensure requirements are met.
As part of this position you will be required to assist in the preparation of reports and presentation material and producing letters. You will also be required to coordinate and maintain systems and databases and support the other team members with their workload.
Communication is key for this position, as you will need to attend meetings with members of the team in order to create and issue meeting minutes and actions, respond and make telephone calls and liaise with internal and external departments of all levels.
