Our large client based in Rochdale is currently looking for a receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role will be covering a very busy reception area in a large manufacturing company covering full time
The paid week is 37.5 hours and the rate of pay will be £8.21 per hour.
Covering the Reception at a busy Manufacturing Company, assist in the day to day running of the Sales office and to assist the Sales Administrators with their duties
Duties to include, but not limited to;
Answering the telephones / directing calls
Meeting and Greeting visitors
General Office Cleanliness
Filing, Archiving & Updating Contract Reviews
Booking out / creating Export documentation
Booking customer collections using dedicated portals
Creating reports for Directors on a weekly basis
Liaising with production to meet customer deliveries
Updating some customer orders / forecasts
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner and good inter-personal skills
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel spreadsheet skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work with a team as well as on own initiative
Good communication skills
