Our large client based in Rochdale is currently looking for a receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will be covering a very busy reception area in a large manufacturing company covering full time

The paid week is 37.5 hours and the rate of pay will be £8.21 per hour.

Specific Responsibilities:
To provide an effective and efficient telephone reception and message service
To ensure all visitors sign in completing the relevant paperwork and are briefed fire emergency procedures.
File all sign in and visitor registers
To ensure that agency employees sign both in and out on the fire register
To ensure smooth running of photocopier and fax machine, ensuring correct supply of paper and cartridges and fault reporting as necessary
To monitor and maintain stationery/drinks machine stock levels

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner and good inter-personal skills
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel spreadsheet skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work with a team as well as on own initiative
Good communication skills
