Salary £7 - 9 per hour Sector Admin/Secretarial

A brilliant part-time opportunity has come up for a Receptionist/Administrator for a very busy Construction firm based in the Solihull area.

The hours of work are 13:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

They are looking to bring in a driven Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The contract will run through until at least October.

The position is in a very busy working environment and candidates will need to be very accurate and proactive.

The role

  • Reception/Administration duties
  • Filling in pro-formas
  • Dealing with high volumes of emails and requests
  • Logging information onto the system
  • Using Dropbox and Microsoft office

To be successful

  • Previous experience in a Reception/Administration role
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Flexible to cover holidays for 20 days a year
  • A fast and driven individual
