Recruitment Administrator, Salary £20,000-£22,000k Monday - Friday
Key roles for the job:
Managing the day to day recruitment administration requirements including:
Some Payroll experience or knowledge (preferable)
Formatting CVs to agreed standards
Drawing up new contracts
Managing incoming calls, assisting with enquiries wherever possible
Invoicing - ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and paid in a timely manner
Recruitment Database administration Interview bookings
Collation of data for internal and HMRC reports
Some Payroll experience or knowledge
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent spelling and grammar
Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel to an intermediate level
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
The ability to demonstrate an organised approach to managing multiple high-volume tasks
Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge of or interest in IT.
