An exciting opportunity exists for a recruitment coordinator within our Cheltenham Branch. Situated in a vibrant office in the heart of the Cheltenham town centre you will be close to local amenities as well as access to free parking. Retain Healthcare offer temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to healthcare establishments throughout Gloucestershire and the South West as well as supporting individuals in their own homes.
This is an exciting post for a Recruitment Coordinator to join Retain Healthcare in order to help grow and support new and existing customers. You will be responsible for covering their staffing requirements as well as being actively involved in driving the recruitment of Nurses, Care Assistants and Support workers using values based and safer recruitment practices.
You will work in partnership with our customers to understand their services, build good relationships and ensure our customers and nursing and care staff feel supported and valued are key to this role.
